By completing the membership registration process, you expressly agree to be bound
by the terms and conditions as set out in our, Conditions of Use, Privacy Policy,
and any other terms, conditions, notices and disclaimers displayed elsewhere on
www.Findrealty.com.au
If you object to these terms and conditions or any subsequent modifications to them,
or become dissatisfied with Findrealty
in any way, your only remedy is to immediately:
- discontinue your use of the Property Catalogue facility; and
- terminate your Digital Advertiser Agreement by notifying Property Catalogue

Advertiser Information
When registering as a Findrealty
Advertiser, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information as requested.
It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to that information. You may
do this at any time by logging in to your admin section and modifying or updating
your details. All personal information you provide
Findrealty will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Username and Password
Once you become a Findrealty
Advertiser, you will receive a username and a password. You must ensure that these
remain confidential at all times since you are entirely responsible for all activities
which occur under your username and password, including unauthorised use of your
or any other credit card. You must notify Findrealty
immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your username and password.
Each username and password must be used by a single user and is not transferable.
Advertising on Findrealty
By advertising on the Findrealty
, you agree to be bound by our Terms
and Conditions of Advertising .
Commercial Advertiser Sub Agreement (they)
- they have the authority to submit the Property Listing from the proprietors
of the properties listedrms
- they are a Licensed Real Estate Agent or holders of current Sell/Rent/Share/Holiday
Licences applicable and required in the State where listed properties are being
advertised
- all Property Listings submitted by licensed real estate agents will include
the licensed real estate’s business identity, including where relevant the business
name, the corporation’s name, and licensee’s name, and if a licensed real estate
has any interest in any Listed Property as principal, it will disclose this interest
in the Property Listing;
- they may only advertise each property listing once (no duplication) and
that the property listings do not breach or infringe any applicable code of practice,
guidelines, standards, laws or regulations (including, but not limited to those
of the internet, real estate privacy and advertising industries, and applicable
local, state and federal government laws)including any issued by any relevant industry
association
- they accept that this Agreement is not a “Blanket Agreement” and as such
is not transferable or to be shared with other branches, sub branches, sales offices,subsidiaries
or affiliated entities
- that prices quoted on Findrealty
are only available to allow listing submissions for the office addressed on individual
Branch logins. (Explanation; If you, your company or group of companies has multiple
offices or distribution outlets, then a separate Agreements must be entered into
for each and every entity)
- they will within 72 hours of a property sale settlement, lease agreement
being signed, rental agreement being signed, share agreement being signed or holiday
listing becoming unavailable, remove the listing from the website
- by placing a property listing on Findrealty ,
they grant Findrealty an irrevocable,
world-wide, royalty free license to copy, use, license to other persons, commercialise
or adapt for any purpose any Property Listing
- unless explicitly notified otherwise,
Findrealty may make contact for an indefinite period through
any means of electronic or telephonic communication with respect to offers, opportunities,
products or services offered by Findrealty
and its business partners.
- All fees are due and payable monthly in advance before listing access
will be granted
Updates to Findrealty.com.au
Findrealty may change or discontinue
any feature of it’s website, documentation or terms & conditions including content,
hours of availability and equipment required for access. We reserve the right to
change without notice, any of the above mentioned, at any time. Updated versions
of any and all relevant documents will be posted on our web site. You are responsible
for ensuring that you regularly review these documents. Your continued use of Findrealty after any such changes
are made will be deemed to constitute your acceptance of those changes.
Refund Policy
Findrealty charges per ad as per Advertising Rate Schedule .All
invoices or payment receipts will reflect TG Corporation Pty Limited Trading as
Findrealty.
Findrealty does not provide a refund policy.
Termination and alterations by Findrealty
Findrealty may at its discretion terminate
your Advertiser Benefits. If this happens we will notify you. In such event:. You
will no longer be authorised to access our logon portal;
You will continue to be subject to and bound by all restrictions imposed on you
by these terms & conditions; and
All licenses granted by you and all disclaimers by
Findrealty and limits of liability set out in these terms and
conditions or elsewhere on the Findrealty
website, will survive.

TG Corporation Pty Limited Trading As Findrealty
is not Real Estate Agent and as such, we do not sell properties.
Findrealty is simply an advertising portal for sellers of Real Estate
and advertisers of services. As an ongoing benefit, we offer a service whereby we
will display the property you wish to sell, rent, share or offer as holiday accommodation/destination
plus we will display Company Details, Products and Service on our website. The viewing
of your display ad is available to anyone searching the web. This advertising is
not free, fees are charged for any individual or company wishing to use this facility.
Findrealty does not carry out
validation, inspections or searches on any properties or advertisement content displayed
on this website and therefore holds itself indemnified against any false or misleading
advertisement or information provided by the Advertiser.
